
Terms of Services
Please adhere to the following information:

(Website) Half payment is needed prior to a layout being produced. Once the first layout has been reviewed final payment must be made before the final product is published.

Domain is purchased by the client unless previous arrangements have been made (domain purchase can be included in the website).

Hosting is paid for by the client. This is a monthly fee that keeps the website online. A card will need to be on file for the customer.

(Website) Any revisions or modifications that are to be made after the website is published is $150 which is considered a 2 hour work session. If extra time is needed an additional $25/hr will be charged.

For any marketing materials (flyers, business cards,letterheads, etc.) there is a $15 non refundable deposit. All final payments are made once the materials has been reviewed and completed.

ER Digital Marketing offers a service to manage your website and emails. This fee is $250 monthly. This offer is ONLY if you sign up to make it monthly. Individual request are priced based on what is being completed. Quotes are available upon request.

All payments unless discussed otherwise are made on the Stripe platform. This platform houses all personal information for the client i.e First and Last name, Billing Address, and Debit/Credit Card information.

Website services that are rendered are NON REFUNDABLE after you have received a full draft. If the client disputes the charge after receiving a completed website, ER Digital Marketing will charge the card that is on file to process payment for work that has been completed and an email will be sent advising of that charge.
